Can anyone give me some useful french phrases to describe a persons suitability for a job?

I have a french speaking exam for uni and I have made flashcards for alot of useful phrases. However they all seem to be pretty generic so I was wondering if anyone can come up with some interesting ones I could use.
For example:Il faut constater que... Je suis convaincu que... or anything about education or interests?
I am sure people can come up with something :).

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
