Are most of the popular high quality apps on iOS now on android aswell?

I know apple has a higher number of apps but that doesn't really mean much because most of them are rubbish.

I have noticed that more and more popular, high quality apps that used to be exclusive to iOS are now available on android.

What is a VPN?
