What's the best yummiest way to cook fillet steak?

I'm cooking dinner for my new fabulous boyfriend tomorrow night and i've decided on steak. I heard baking it slowly is the best way to enjoy it. I like it quite pink with SLIGHT bit of blood. How long should i cook it for?
